Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited uses of the ReachCell platform. It exists to keep the platform lawful and trustworthy for all developers.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the platform for: illegal drug transactions; weapons trafficking; human trafficking; financial fraud, scams, or impersonation; threats of violence; child sexual abuse material; or any other illegal service or communication. You may not send unlawful spam or evade carrier or platform anti-abuse controls.
Monitoring and enforcement
You acknowledge that communications may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by automated systems for prohibited content. Detected violations may result in account flags, automatic suspension, evidence preservation, and where required by law, mandatory reporting to authorities (including for child sexual abuse material and certain trafficking and terrorism content).
Compliance with law
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your communications, including consent, do-not-contact, and messaging regulations in the jurisdictions you operate in.
Reporting abuse
Anyone may report abuse from an ReachCell number via the abuse report form or by contacting compliance@reachcell.com.
