What happens when I run out of included SMS?

You are charged the per-message overage rate for your plan, deducted from your prepaid credit balance. If your balance is empty, sending pauses until you top up.

What exactly are "call detection events"?

ReachCell supports call signalling — not live voice streaming. When a call is placed or received on your gateway number, a webhook is fired with the call state (ringing, answered, missed, hung up) and caller ID. This is ideal for missed-call verification: a customer calls your number, the webhook fires, and your system marks their number as verified — with zero call cost to them. Outbound missed-call delivery works the same way: your agent triggers a call, the customer sees your number on their screen, and you receive confirmation via webhook. Call overage is billed per call, not per minute.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page in your developer portal.

What is KYC and why is it required?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification. Because ReachCell provides real carrier numbers, verification is required before provisioning live numbers, to comply with telecom regulations and prevent abuse.

Which countries are supported?

Coverage depends on our active device fleet and grows over time. Supported countries are shown when you provision a number.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term commitments. Release your numbers and downgrade to the free plan or close your account at any time.

What payment methods are accepted?
